Higashi-Rokko Observatory Higashi-Rokko Observatory is an observatory located 645m high in Okuyama, Ashiya City, Hyogo. The observatory is located along the Royu Drive Expressway, which connects Ashiya City and Arima, which is famous for its hot springs.
