The land for Billie Madeley Park was donated by Edward and Billie Madeley during the summer of 1997. It is a heavily wooded site with a small creek traversing the center of it. As per Mr. Madeley’s wishes, no building will be constructed on this site. Development includes nature trails and small bridges.
