Home Sweet Home is the most distinguished lean-to in East Hampton. The house is believed to have been built in the 1720's while the parlor paneling is attributed to mid 1700's. It is a simple, dignified house, unnpainted, after the fashion of the best houses of the ancient village, its exterior of rough shingles is bare of all ornamentation except that which the graceful hand of time has lent it.
Hook Windmill, also known as Old Hook Mill, is a historic windmill on North Main Street in East Hampton, New York. It was built in 1806 and operated regularly until 1908. One of the most complete of the extant windmills on Long Island, New York, in 1922 the windmill was sold to the town of East Hampton.
The water that we use to brew all of our beers and sodas is pure artesian spring water from the historic Indian Wells Spring (California Historic marker #457). An artesian spring contains water that naturally flows and bubbles to the surface. Our spring has its origins high in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

osborn-jackson house This colonial house, one of the few still in its original position on Main Street, is owned and maintained by the Village of East Hampton. It serves as the headquarters for the East Hampton Historical Society and a period house museum for the general public.
