Overall I was happy to stay at Hakodate Park Hotel. Hotel is just about 8-10 mins walking distance from Chitose Station (Hakodate Tram). Highly recommend to those for budget concern. I suggest you to purchase the 1 or 2 days Tram+Bus to move around the Hakodate city, it is very beautiful city to visit.
