Jixi city is one of China’s important energy bases and central cities in the southeastern area of Heilongjiang province. According to the circular, by 2020, the city’s downtown population will be capped within 821,000, and its land for city construction will be constrained at 91.04 square kilometers.
The national reserve is located in the Greater Hinggan Mountains and features inland wetlands and water-based ecosystems within coniferous forests. But I agree that of all his dramas I have seen I like Tian Xia Di Yi the best. Hong Fu Nu (Three Musketeers on Jem) was good as well. Though I thought the ending was rushed, I did watch again a couple of times. Tian Xia Di Yi would be an excellent candidate if some group wanted to do english subs IMHO.

Jixi Xingkaihu Airport opened in 2009 and serves as the main civilian airport for Jixi. It takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown from the airport. Domestic flights are available to several cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Harbin and Qingdao.
