From Mbeya you take the Trans African Highway towards Mbalizi and Tunduma (border town to Zambia). 7 km after Mbalizi the ICC is on your right. If you arrive by bus or train you can take a Dala-Dala (Minibus) or a Taxi from Mbeya to Ifisi via Mbalizi.

Lake Ngozi is located in the highland Rungwe district of the southern Tanzania region of Mbeya. To get there one would have to journey to Mbeya city first and turn around Uyole heading for Tukuyu. Lake Ngozi would be located far off the tarmac roads with a turning point on the right hand side, somewhere between Tukuyu and Uyole.

Mbeya Range is a volcanic mountain range in Mbeya Region, in southwestern Tanzania, East Africa. It forms an arc just north of the town of Mbeya and includes Loleza Peak (2656 m.), Mbeya Peak (2565 m.), Nyanuwa Peak (2332 m.), and Pungulumo (1909 m.).

Lake Ngozi in Mbeya Region, is the second largest Crater Lake in Africa. Ngozi Crater Lake is a sight of outstanding natural beauty and a superb hiking location. A green shimmering lake walled by the collapsed caldera of the extinct Ngozi Volcano. The peak of Ngozi is 2,620m and is the highest point of the Mporoto Ridge Forest Reserve.
