Mukachevo Historical Museum has taken all the floors of the most famous landmarks - the castle "Palanok". It was built in 15-17 centuries by unknown architects. It was assumed that the lock will perform administrative and defense functions, so it is built on a hill 68 meters in height.
Magnificent castle, which is located on the mountain with great views. Was many times in Mukachevo, but never visit this castle. Castle beautifully restored and well maintained. Near the castle there is a parking place, but on the weekend its crowded there, so best to leave your car below. I recommend to visit.
