We hiked up to henninger flats from eaton canyon nature center. 1.5 miles from eaton canyon to the base of the henninger flats hike. Would recommend sunscreen. Sunglasses. Wide brim hat as there is no shade up this trail. Snacks. Water. For some reason this trail felt more strenuous than the hike up to inspiration point.
