Kantanagar Temple, commonly known as Kantaji Temple or Kantajew Temple (Bengali: কান্তজীউ মন্দির) at Kantanagar, is a late-medieval Hindu temple in Dinajpur, Bangladesh. The Kantajew Temple is one of the most magnificent religious edifices belonging to the 18th century.
Mahasthangarh is one of the oldest urban archaeological sites so far discovered in Bangladesh. Contains the remains of an ancient city dated from a slab engraved in third century BC with a fortified Citadel which is a square about a kilometer and a half from the side. All in all a series of mounds more or less excavated and a Museum for the artifacts found. Interesting.
