Audubon Islands State Nature Preserve is comprised of Grape and Ewing islands. It was acquired by the Maumee Valley Audubon Society and donated to the Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area. It was acquired and dedicated as a nature sanctuary managed for a variety of habitats and species.
The fort was a log stockade, which had four bastions, each capable of mounting four cannon, a river battery, barracks, officers' quarters, supply buildings, and various shops. A defensive ditch, 20 to 25 feet deep, ran along the land side of the fort. In July 1794 General Wayne and his troops marched northward toward Fort Miami from Fort Recovery.

The North end of Toledo is majority bad however, some neighborhoods close to Manhatten and Mulberry are quiet and kept up. The entire South end is bad, and majority of the west end is bad. Although, The Old West End has its good parts and by UT near Parkside is actually not so bad.

Until 2006, the building served as the world headquarters for Owens-Illinois. In 2007, Fifth Third Bank moved their Northwest Ohio headquarters to the building.
