Michael A Hall Park is a neighborhood park located next to Brooks Elementary School. Named after a Chief Warrant Officer who lost his life in the Gulf War and built in 1993, this park is the next park eligible for a playground renovation through the Town of Windsor Capital Improvement Program. This project will include a total renovation of the playground and will include other park enhancements as the budget permits.
