Crocodiles are found in northern Australia, from about Rockhampton in Queensland, around the ‘top’ of the continent to the equivalent part of Western Australia. They have been seen further south - I seem to recall that Captain Phillip or one of the other early governors reported one being shot in the Sydney area. read more
