Are Jim Carrey and Adam Sandler trying too hard?

Jim Carrey has been trying too hard since The Truman Show. Adam Sandler on the other hand isn't even trying anymore. He just puts out whatever he feels like and his fanbase (I don't know who these people are but stop enabling him) eats it up. read more

Acting wise, I'd probably say Jim is a better actor (Minus the scene in Click when he dies, that shit is too much, but that has alot to do with writing/directing, not pure acting). But, the question is funnier, so I say Adam. Character Substance- I'd say Jim Carrey wins this. All of Adam Sandler's characters are the same. read more
