Are lizards with yellow spots poisonous?

Salamanders are actually amphibians. Lizards are reptiles So that is not a lizard. As to your question, that Salamander is poisonous. It secretes a toxin onto it's skin from glands on it's back. Now, those toxins are not going to harm you. For the most part it just makes it taste bad. So I would suggest not putting it in your mouth. read more
