We have a rule in Islamic jurisprudence, when what is haram is mixed with what is halal, the haram prevails. Based on this rule, i would say that it would still be haram since the grease of the bacon (to which the prohibition extends) is mixed with the cheeseburger. And Allahu A’lam. read more

Muslims can actually consume bacon, but not the pork kind. They can eat either turkey or beef bacon and they do have halal bacon but it is either turkey or beef derived. As far as bacon flavor goes it is acceptable as long as it is not pork derived, either natural or artificial. read more
