Are Ovation guitars any good?

The Ovation guitars sounded great and held up to the hard knocks they sometimes encountered in night clubs. I have seen more than one Ovation guitar accidentally dropped to the floor and watched it bounce up on the round back unscathed. A Martin flattop would have probably cracked under such abuse. read more

There are so many great sounding natural guitars that quite frankly wipe the ar*e of any ovation and I've played a lot of them, plus I've played Ovations and Adamas, but the natural guitars with the natural pickups are winning hands down. read more
