Yes, they are allowed to stay in IIT Bombay hostel. You have to book room through gymkhana website. If you booked room in the same hostel you are staying then directly go to hall manager & pay charges & get keys. read more

Though parents are allowed to visit the hostel during admission they will not be allowed to stay in hostel usually. Separate guest rooms will be available some times or else you are on your own. So, better make your own arrangements if possible. read more
