Are Siberian huskies less intelligent than other dogs?

For almost two decades now I've been raising and training Siberian Huskies. I believe they are every bit as intelligent as my Border Collies were, but without the BC's strong desire to please his master. Trying to teach a dumb dog is tough. Moderately intelligent dogs are pretty easy to train. These are the ones you want. They are smart enough to figure out what they can get away with but they’re smart enough to know they get praised for doing well.
