In California, there is the Military Vehicle Technology Foundation at Porotola Valley that has a lot of still vehicles still able to run. Though not too certain if there are any with guns fully capable of running, there is a ZSU-23–4 anti-aircraft gun there has a weapon system that was still operable to some degree. read more
