Schools usually don't allow children to have any visible tattoos. But, there is always a loophole :p. Although they don't allow kids to get tattoos, they don't bother/often forget to put it in the code of conduct in their student almanacs. Now, as a student, you're supposed to follow those rules while you're in the school premises. read more
