2096 isn't the last year possible to have a leap year. If we mange to progress that far within that ranges—2090–2100— there should be futher leap years ahead. 2116 is a leap year, 2120 is also a leap year, and 2124 is as aswell a leap year. So, 2096 is not the last leap year forever. read more
