Texas is a BIG state. There are many alligators in Southeast Texas. After alligators were put on the endangered species list they started to thrive in Texas and have migrated down the Inter-coastal Waterway to about Corpus Christi. I have seen 10s of alligators up the Colorado River many miles. read more
