Are there any lakes in Charlotte, NC?

Best Answers

We will be in Charlotte in June. I notice that there are many lakes in the area. We would like to do something fun, swimming, fishing, hiking, renting boats-canoes or kayaks. What has anyone done at any of the lakes and what area is your favorite? Any info would be appreciated. We have never been to NC. read more
