I couldn't find any evidence that there are pigs in the Middle East, let alone in the self-proclaimed IS. However, there were pigs in Egypt up until 2009 when the government, in an effort to prevent the spread of swine flew killed the entire herd of 350,000 Egyptian pigs. read more
