Either way, yes, there are scientists and mathematicians who are well-built. Most likely because the discipline it takes to do good science and complicated mathematics transfers over to the efforts required to take care of yourself and hit the gym. read more

Mathematics, pure mathematics at least, is exploration. There is a whole universe of ideas and theorems out there, and pure mathematicians are the explorers searching for them. Mathematics is not art. You don't 'create' new theorems or new results, you discover them. read more
