Worms are not made to live in brains. If they somehow end up in your brain then 1) It's an accident and 2)You're probably about to die as foreign bodies in the brain usually cause infection etc. Being as they are not meant to be in your brain worms generally die if they get there. There are a few worms that sometimes infect the human brain, but such infections are rare. Echinococcus granulosus and Taenia solium are two examples. I don’t think there are any congenital brain infections with worms. read more
