No, no country has embassies in every country in the world. For example we don’t have an embassy in North Korea(but that is an extreme example). We mostly only have embassies in the nations of our allies, or nations with which there is tension (Russia, for example). read more

No, the US does not have embassies in every country. We currently do not have embassies in North Korea, Bhutan, or Iran. In some places we have one ambassador covering several countries.
