There are a lot of great black swimmers. Although the ratio of black: non-black athletes is smaller in swimming than in track, there are still some great ones. For example: Cullen Jones; Lia Neal; Simone Manuel; Anthony Ervin (half African-American, half Jewish) Interestingly, all of the swimmers above are sprinters. read more
