Are there miniature Great Danes?

No, Great Danes were specifically bred for their large size from other large breeds. You can't get a Great Dane in a small size. Just like you can't breed a horse-sized hamster. The genes aren't there. read more

There is no real miniature great danes; however, some poorer breeders' dogs may not reach the standard height and they may call them that hoping to sell them (but if you already know that it's that far off the standard, what other things are too, ie, temperment, health, etc). read more
