Are there similarities in Mexican and Italian cultures?

I am Mexican and have noticed a lot of similarities between my culture and Italian culture. For instance, we have similar religious views, emphasis on extended family, cultural pride, very similar languages, and just an overall similar attitude (oh yes, pointy noses too, haha). read more
