Buckingham Palace has been expanded and remodeled many times over the centuries. It certainly has wine cellars, and I'm sure that they installed a bomb shelter during the Cold War. Also, traditionally, the kitchens, laundry, pantries, and all other service rooms would be in the basement, so there are undoubtedly underground passages. read more
