Are you proud to be a white Hispanic/Latino?

I don't see why anyone would be particularly proud of being white-passing, especially moreso than of being latinx. However on the subject of what it's like day to day, it's….interesting. read more

The two are not mutually exclusive. Hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. There are black and white people who identify as Hispanic. I’m not proud of being both white-ish and of Hispanic descent if that’s what you’re asking. I like my malta and quesadillas and empanadas, and when I hear gaitas I feel all Christmas-y. read more

Although, as JJ Merelo states, providing a complete answer is quite hard, my guess is that Spain is, in fact, proud of Hispanic America (that is, if you count the whole continent). read more
