Are you supposed to cover your ears when you wear swim cap?

Not “supposed”, but wear as it provides you comfort. I don’t cover my ears completely, since I find sounds are muffled and that puts me on my nerves lol. Also, not completely uncovered since I feel the water going completely in, and that is weird for me too. read more

You don't cover your ears with the swim cap. Your ears are open to the water. The cap is just useful to keep your hair in. The cap goes just above your eyes. read more

I mean it can cover the tips of your ears all the way down to the middle, but after that I think it would just be painful. 2) You can show some of your forehead, but pretty much the eyebrows are suppose to be close your goggles and your swim cap. Tight is a good thing as long as it isn't like hurting you. read more
