"A dung beetle can pull 1,141 times it own weight" is a very vague statement, because it says nothing about the amount of friction. The weight of 0.75 ounces (which is actually a unit of mass) is about 0.2 newtons (on Earth), so I suppose they mean that a beetle can exert a force of that magnitude. read more
