Only the marital law amendments (13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 23,24,26) can be repealed. These are the ones that say Congress has the authority to enforce. All others are, according to Article 6 second paragraph, the law of the land that judges in every state shall be bound. Article 5 allows for Amendments TO, but never an Amendment OF, the Constitution. read more
