An Architect in the US is different than in India - From my understanding, in India you are a licensed architect after you graduate from an accredited B.Arch program and take a test. In the US, you must graduate from an accredited program, intern for a minimum of two years, and pass a series of exams (7, plus state exams if applicable). read more
