Barack Obama has already had two terms (8 years) as President, so he can’t be President again. Nor can Bill Clinton or George W. Bush, who each served two terms. Jimmy Carter or George H.W. Bush, who each served only one term, could be elected for another term, but since both of them are in their 90s and beset by health problems, they are unlikely to run. read more
