Can deaf people hear themselves?

Some people have mixed hearing loss which due to profound hearing loss in Air Conduction makes them deaf to other people but their Bone conduction is good enough for them to hear themselves speak. But this applies mostly to adults. read more

Deaf people who are deaf from disruption of their auditory nerves probably can't. Deaf people who are deaf due to problems in their middle ears can often hear themselves breathe because they still can hear through bone conduction.
