Cranberry juice diluted with water can be given to dogs with a bladder infection, and just as in people, it will help to flush the system and acidify the urine in the bladder which helps to kill bacteria. read more
The amount of cranberry juice she would have to drink is not something we can ever get a dog to do. That is the bad news. The good news is that you can give cranberry extract tablets and these are available at vitamin/supplement stores. read more
