I am trying to tape a regular poster board on a brick pillar. This is in school so the tape has to be easy to pull of (or anything else that sticks well, not just tape) and it can't leave any big marks or anything. read more

Any tape has the potential to remove paint if left in place long enough. Most pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape will not remove paint if removed soon after placement.
