Every since I started using my hearing aids a couple days ago I have noticed a little bit of dizziness and vertigo, especially when standing up or walking in a straight line. I guess anything’s possible but I've never heard of hearing aids causing vertigo. If they're not properly fitted they could cause irritation which - worst case - could cause dizziness but, more likely, the same condition that affected the hearing is causing dizziness. read more
