Titles can't be bought. Feudal titles can be bought in Scotland. But they not the same as a Peer who title was granted by royal letter patent. Plus even if you buy these fake titles doesn't mean you are a peer. The only titles which are recognised are royal letter patent. You will find loads of site claiming to sell titles. read more
