Organ donation forms have no provisions to fill a name of whom you want organ to go to. On rare occasions however families of donors have insisted it go to a particular person or community and this is highly discouraged, some state authorities rather than waste the organ have allowed targeted a donation to go through provided other organs are distributed to society. read more
