Oregon requires out-of-state drivers to be at least 15, New York requires them to be 16, and Nevada has no age restrictions, provided the operator holds a valid learner permit and is accompanied by a licensed driver. read more
If a person wishes to operate a motor vehicle while in the State of Tennessee they may do so with an out-of-state learner’s permit as long as they comply with any restrictions mandated by the issuing state. Update: Tennessee DMV recognizes out of state drivers license, but not necessarily an out of state permit. read more
