Hi, sam. i have braces and i eat skittles, but you have to find a way to keep them from sticking on the outside and try to chew on the inside of your teeth. It all depends on you if you really want to be going through that trouble of going back to your orthodontist. read more

You can do anything you want, but I would not recommend it. They are excellent for making cavities and they can pull/ shift wires so you have to go back early to get them fixed. read more
