No. you can not get admission into IIT after diploma. For B.Tech to get admission is by giving JEE MAIN and JEE Advanced(if you qualify). For M.Tech you have to give GATE examination. For MSc admission you have to give JAM examination. I hope it clarifies your doubt. read more
