Depends on where you bought it from. If it's an online purchase, It depends on the seller website. If it's an In-the-store- Purchase, you'd need to go to the store that the defect was in-build, and hasn't come up because of un-intended use. read more

More surprising thing to me was when i got informed by the company that they can not replace the shoe, as told by the sale person at the same outlet from where i purchased the shoe. The cost of the shoe at the time of purchase was 3200 Rs & it was told that its a fresh arrival at the outlet, but to add to my surprise after 15 days this same model was there in the sale offer with a price of Rs 1999. read more
