Can I store my whisky in the refrigerator?

Storing whiskey in the refrigerator won't harm the whiskey, but it will (temporarily) affect the flavor. I would recommend keeping whiskey in a cool (not cold) dark place like a cabinet in a climate controlled house. It won't go bad if you have it in the fridge, it just tastes the best if you drink it at room temperature. read more

You can store your whisky wherever you like. However, you spelled it whisky without the e so I'm assuming you mean scotch. You can still store this however you like it's your whisky. Although, if you want to enjoy your whisky I would not suggest doing this. There is no benefit to refrigerating it, it's not going to go off. read more

But keeping a whisky in a refrigerator can harm the quality of your whisky if it is non-chill filtrated (e.g., cask strength). Some congeners (esters and fatty acids) can precipate and you can sometimes see a fluffy-milky cloud or disk on the bottom of your bottle. read more
