Yes you can. Verizon is required to sell LTE phones unlocked. They don’t generally advertise this (probably because it’s better for consumers than it is for them). I have activated 2 iPhone 6 devices purchased from Verizon on the ATT network simply by obtaining a SIM from ATT and placing it in the phone. read more
