Hydrocortisone cream should only be used temporarily - there are nasty side effects from continued use. I wouldn't recommend it for the specific issue that you mention. It would be better to ask your derm for a prescription (an anti-fungal would be appropriate for seb. derm.), although as Accutane dries you out it will probably clear up it's own as the fungi are starved for the sebum they feed on. read more
